Jeffrey draws inspiration from his American ‘melting pot’ culture. He loves to immerse himself in tradition and ethnic diversities to reshape them for current tastes. The ability to surprise his customers and play a part in bringing pleasure to their day gives meaning to his work.

To innovate is to analyse and rationalise what you have imagined. These two principles, although different, are nevertheless very complementary.”
