The first team selected in the Africa Mediterranean zone!

The Grands Moulins d’Abidjan and SAF Ivoire (a Lesaffre subsidiary) held meticulous national selections over five days (from 17th to 21st November) to select, from the 18 candidates present, the Ivory Coast’s three best bakers for the Louis Lesaffre Cup. The names of the winning candidates were announced in a festive atmosphere at the Abidjan Novotel hotel. The candidates’ family and friends were there to congratulate the winners.
